StellarX Philippines is a multi-stage builder program for founders and developers across the Philippines to launch high-quality projects on Stellar.
From April to June 2026, top builders from across Phillipines will go through workshops, submissions, demo days, and a grand finale - competing for cash prizes, Insta Awards, and up to $100,000 in grants.

Eligibility
To be eligible for judging, IRL demo day selection, and awards, participants must submit their project before the deadline and provide all required details, including team information, project description, and demo materials.
Projects must demonstrate meaningful use of Stellar through one or more relevant integrations such as wallets, payments, anchors, DeFi, Soroban, asset issuance, or other core Stellar infrastructure.
To qualify for awards, teams must present a working prototype, demo, or testnet-ready implementation and be available to pitch live if shortlisted for demo days or the grand finale.
Projects will be prioritized if they:
solve a real problem relevant to the Philippines
show strong product thinking and execution
demonstrate clear use of Stellar
have potential to continue toward grants, incubation, or mainnet deployment
Submissions may be disqualified if they are incomplete, misleading, plagiarized, non-functional, or do not meaningfully use Stellar.
Program Stages
Phase I Online
Top 60 Project will be selected from the bool of 300+ projects for the next round.
Top 3 project will also receive a the prize money from the prize pool
Submission Guidelines

1. A PR to the following Repo and then the PR link
2. A pitch deck about your project and team
Regional Demo Days
Top 60 project will be selected out for all the submission from phase I
This is a in person demo day where you will be asked to come on stage with your team and pitch in front of the judges.
Top 3 projects will get nominated for Instawards for upto USD 5000 per team
Submission Guidelines
Please submit online the following below
1. A pitch deck about your project and team
2. A Demo Video (less then 5mins)
a) Presenting for idea
b) What problem it solves
c) Live demo of showing the product how it works, backend code explaining how its function in the backend, how are using stellar.
Grand Finale
This the mega finale where top 20 Participants from the Previous stage will be invited to Manila to pitch in front of the Grand Jury.
Top 10 Project will be nominated for Stellar Community Fund grants of upto USD 150,000 per team
